Job Description:

Help Desk Coordinator: Screens, refers and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. May prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software issues.

-screen/filter all email/calls received on Helpdesk Mailbox

-create tickets on all requests and issues received and dispatch to right group within IT

-assist users on Technical PC issues like Windows issues, Excel etc…

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 3 year working experience in technical support.Knowledge in Windows 7 operating systems With very good communication skills. Language: English Willing to work on shifting schedule including night shift
