Eve is in search of a visionary Director of Creative Strategy to spearhead the development of a bold, premium, and deeply resonant brand presence across all platforms. From digital storytelling to experiential design, your expertise will shape Eve's category narrative: AI-Native Transformation for Plaintiff Law. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate our deep legal expertise and AI innovation into striking creative that captivates audiences, reshapes perceptions, and inspires action.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and scale Eve's brand identity across all mediums, including web, campaigns, video, experiential, and internal culture.
Evolve the narratives of the AI-Native Law Firm and Legal AI Minefield into cohesive brand systems and assets.
Work alongside the CMO to create a unified visual and verbal identity reminiscent of 'Tesla-meets-Apple'.
Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and external creative partners to deliver high-quality, rapid creative work.
Establish scalable brand systems for content production, web design, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
Ensure a consistent 'brand feel' across all touchpoints—sleek, cinematic, confident, and empathetic.
Conceptualize and execute flagship brand campaigns, including launch videos and high-end storytelling.
Translate technical AI innovations into compelling visual narratives that resonate with law firm audiences.
Oversee the design and production of web, video, social, experiential, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand expression with go-to-market strategy and category creation.
Work with leadership on high-stakes moments such as product launches and customer events.
Enhance internal culture through creative initiatives that foster pride and alignment around Eve's mission.
Be a visionary storyteller able to transform abstract ideas, like 'AI-Native Transformation', into impactful creative outputs.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or marketing communications, ideally in AI, SaaS, or category-creating tech companies.
A strong portfolio showcasing emotional, high-quality storytelling that combines strategy, aesthetics, and clear narratives.
Proven track record of simplifying complex products or industries into powerful visual stories.
Experience in leading both in-house teams and collaborating with creative agencies.
A passion for justice, technology, and transformation, along with a commitment to clarity, speed, and excellence.
A builder who enjoys developing brand systems, templates, and scalable creative processes.

Salary: $170,000 - $205,000 per year.
Our compensation is competitive, factoring in experience, seniority, and both internal and external equity considerations. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $205,000 USD. In addition to a solid salary and performance-based bonuses, we offer an equity component that provides meaningful ownership and the chance to share in the company's long-term success.
