What You’ll Do:

As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will:

Design and Implement Curriculum: Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.

Foster Growth: Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.

Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate for this role has:

An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education

A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care

A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community
