Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to guide offshore delivery teams while collaborating with multiple integration partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own and define the overall Salesforce architectural design, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements
Make architectural decisions on technology stack changes to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate with integration teams to design interfaces with systems such as SAP, GBI, and MuleSoft
Participate in architecture and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and direction to offshore teams, ensuring proper analysis and documentation
Review and validate design artifacts and technical solutions created by offshore teams
Coordinate with core technical leads to define and govern the end-to-end system architecture
Analyze complex enterprise systems and break them down into manageable, modular components
Recommend suitable software, hardware, and integration strategies
Partner with Business SPOCs and Product Owners to define the application roadmap and high-level execution plan
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architectural ownership
Hands-on expertise in:
Salesforce Platform
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Triggers
Litify
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions
Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture patterns
Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Preferred (or equivalent experience)
