Job Description:

• Lansweeper Administration & Support: Manage Lansweeper configuration, updates, and reporting. Ensure accurate asset discovery and system health. Providing reporting and training as needed across GMS. Establish key Reporting and continuous improvement metrics for Lansweeper in Zoetis GMS. Establish a CoP (Community of practice) for all key stakeholder across GMS.

• Automation & Integration: Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python) for automation and system integrations in general. Consolidate installation details for every site (Sensors, Hubs, passwords, documents, settings etc).

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as liaison between deployment team, business users, and vendor for support and feature requests. Establish critical partnerships with Zoetis lansweeper design team as well as Lansweeper vendor to ensure all support issues are properly channeled and addressed.

• Networking & Security Compliance: Coordinate firewall/network requests and ensure Lansweeper aligns with OT cybersecurity standards when issues related to live installations arise

• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, collect feedback, and propose enhancements to improve system usability.

Additional Responsibilities:

• ZTD Lansweeper Deployment Team: Collaborate closely for smooth handover of support tasks.

• ZTD & GMS Global Business Stakeholders: Ensure asset visibility and reporting needs are met.

• OT Automation Engineers (systems owners): Support integration with OT systems.

• IT Infrastructure & Networking Teams: Coordinate connectivity and security requirements.

• Lansweeper (Vendor): Liaise for troubleshooting, updates, and feature enhancements.
