Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Technical

The Developer needs to be well versed with the functionality of PeopleSoft HCM

The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, and report to the project manager and technical lead.

#Essential Job Functions & Required Skills:

#Experience:

• Experience in building Peoplesoft systems using Peoplesoft and Database technologies, preferably work experience in Peoplesoft 9.2

• Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQR and excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform

• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle platform.

• Expertise in SQR programming for producing complex reports and batch processes

• Expertise with Peoplesoft Mobile / Fluid technologies

• Peoplesoft Workflow knowledge expected and working knowledge would be desirable

• Sufficient knowledge and work experience with rule-based systems.

• Knowledge of Peoplesoft HR table infrastructure

• Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle – Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance.

• Sound understanding of and implementation experience with issue tracking and source code repository.

• Find the appropriate tools to implement the project.

#General Skills:

• Be a self-starter and capable of working independently to high standards of quality. When given a task, it is expected this person to be able to determine the best way to deliver the results

• Use collaborative skills to work with project managers, task force members, database administrators, system administrators, users and other staff

• The person must have the ability to work in a multicultural environment, and have excellent process, functional, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in a team environment to support other technical staff as needed. The person should have high tolerance for ambiguity.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent Technical Writing Skills

• Excellent ability to write complex and optimally tuned SQL queries, producing adhoc reports, load data into the database, write Oracle Stored Procedures – Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers.
