Job Description*:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Java/J2EE applications across development, QA, and production environments.

• Monitor JVM health, garbage collection, heap memory, threads, and overall application performance.

• Perform application server administration.

• Handle build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.

• Analyse logs, debug application issues, and coordinate with development teams for fixes.

• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and tune for optimal efficiency.

• Implement and manage automation scripts (Shell, Bash, Python).

• Troubleshoot OS, network, and service issues in Linux environments.

Operations & Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents and root cause analysis (RCA).

• Maintain uptime, availability, and reliability of applications and servers.

• Set up monitoring and alerting.

• Perform patching, backups, recovery, and change management activities.

• Document system configurations, procedures, and SOPs.

#Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Java application management, JVM tuning, and server configuration.

• Hands on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of web/application servers.

• Experience with CI/CD.

• Scripting proficiency in Shell/Bash.

• Understanding of networking protocols (HTTP/S, DNS, SSH, TCP/IP).

• Experience with log analysis tools and monitoring frameworks.
