Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

Bedside Nursing

Care Planning

Implementing Care

Managing Patient Care provided by CNA's

Quality Improvement

Problem Solving

Assessments

Medication Administration

Treatments

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required Qualifications:

Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program

Previous experience as a LPN in an acute care/ long term care setting is desirable

Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
