Present and explain finance and lease options to guests
Structure deals, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with all laws and policies
Secure competitive financing through strong lender partnerships
Collaborate closely with the sales team to create a seamless guest experience
Review credit applications and match customers with appropriate programs
Maintain accurate documentation and ethical practices

Requirements
Proven success in automotive finance, lending, or dealership F&I
Strong understanding of credit, contracts, lenders, and compliance
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
A guest-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
Close attention to detail and accuracy
Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach
Degree in Business/Finance preferred, but not required
