TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Associate for our client in Austell, GA

OVERVIEW:

Join our dynamic Distribution Center team as a Warehouse Fulfillment & Replenishment Specialist. This is a crucial, fast-paced role responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our picking floor. You will ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained in designated pick locations, minimizing downtime and maximizing our daily output. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Details:

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (mandatory OT)

Pay: $14.50/hr.Responsibilities:

Execute timely and accurate replenishment of products from bulk storage locations to primary picking slots.

Monitor inventory levels on the picking floor throughout the shift and utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to prioritize and execute replenishment tasks to prevent stock-outs.

Must maintain the ability to continuously lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.

Conduct systematic cycle counts of inventory within assigned locations to ensure data accuracy and investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately.

Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Complies with the company's policies and procedures.Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proven ability to perform the physical activities listed (climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping).

Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.

Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, including the mandatory monthly End-of-Month requirement.

Must have experience with electric pallet jack.
