Main responsibilities include:
• Deliver actionable insights based on primary and secondary customer research and analysis.
• Meet regularly with revenue-generating teams to understand their needs, drive performance improvement, and ensure planning and communication of reports.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports and commentary for sales and marketing, and provide actionable insights.
• Use statistical analysis and reporting to evaluate the performance of campaigns, track return on investment, channel results, sales performance, and customer loyalty.
• Define which data will be needed to measure sales and marketing results and work with IT to manage data integration between on and offline systems.
• Build an analytical environment in Power BI to perform data analysis and automate all reporting related to RediRewards, sales, and marketing.
• Interpret industry and historic customer data and trends to provide insight into both current and future initiatives.
• Use analytics and data to apply best practices to maximize revenue, optimize business mix and improve customer engagement.
• Develop working relationships with Sales and Marketing, providing consultation on strategies for driving results.
• Conduct forensic market studies and create regional, brand and property planning, stipulating exactly how Red Roof should grow.
• Creates ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree or focused degree in Math, Operations Management, Business, Data Science or Economics desired.
• 3 years of experience in analytical or reporting-related functions.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a track record of fact-based decision making.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; programming within SAS or SQL or knowledge of BI a plus.
• Experience working with sales, marketing, and technology teams
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing across all levels of the organization and cross-functionally.
• Competent with Microsoft office tools: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Must be self-directed, self-motivated and very well organized.
