Overview
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple fast-food restaurant locations within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, team development, and brand standards while ensuring profitability and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of 5–10+ restaurant locations within the district
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
Drive sales growth, cost control, and profitability across all locations
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, labor laws, and health regulations
Monitor KPIs including labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and employee retention
Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational rollouts
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
Partner with HR on hiring, training, and succession planning
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and support teams
Qualifications
3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience in fast food or QSR
Proven track record of improving sales, operations, and team performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls
Ability to travel regularly within assigned district
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
