PC Tech

Insight Global's luxury retail client is seeking a PC Technician to join their team in NYC to support their PC Refresh. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, focused on Windows. They must be able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead. Candidates for this role must be willing to travel to NYC 5x/week.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ experience has PC technician

- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows

- Basic knowledge of Mac/iPhone troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with SCCM or Intune
