Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic construction tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.
Support skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with tools, materials, and equipment.
Learn and follow safety standards and site protocols.
Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions.
Help set up and break down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Report safety concerns or hazards to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
No prior construction experience required-training provided!
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Physically capable of manual labor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and carry materials for extended periods.
Valid driver's license is a plus.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Skills and Competencies
