Reports To: General Manager / Head of Restaurant Operations

Position Summary

The Server Assistant supports both our Front of House and Back of House team by ensuring tables are cleaned, stocked, and ready for guests. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by delivering food, helping with BOH expo, cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments.

A great candidate would be good at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person would pay special attention to the details and care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service

Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure quick turnover and cleanliness

Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and condiments as needed

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations

Support guest needs with a friendly, proactive attitude

Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware

Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all tasks

Jump in where neededwhether its helping with a large party or lending a hand during peak hours

Qualifications

Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask efficiently

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and seasonal programming

Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
