Synergy companies are looking for a new Telemarketer to join our San Leandro team. As a member of our Sales team, Youll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over the phone, generating leads, and driving sales with your charisma, confidence, and ability to articulate value. Hourly plus commission.

What youll be doing:

Engage with prospects over the phone in a friendly, confident, and professional manner to present our programs and services

Generate leads by creating interest, qualifying prospects, and identifying customer needs

Use your sales skills to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals effectively

Track and maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales through reporting tools

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent communication, meet targets, and share best practices

Hiring, training, and managing a sales team

Sales coordination with administration and production staff

Sales forecasting and reporting
