Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest in insurance products.
Use approved scripts and talking points while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
Qualify prospects by gathering relevant information and determining insurance needs.
Schedule appointments for licensed agents and enter lead information into CRM.
Conduct follow-up calls with warm leads, cross-sell opportunities, or renewal reminders.
Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead outcomes.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly goals for calls, contacts, and qualified leads
Requirements
20-30 outbound calls per hour (depending on dialing system).
1 qualified lead every 1-2 hours (average 4-8 per day).
Maintain call quality and compliance with industry and company standards.
