POSITION: Bilingual Finance Manager (Korean/English)

Location: Guam

Experience Required: 3–10 years

Industry: Global Biopharmaceuticals

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support the CFO office of a prestigious global biopharmaceutical company with strong Korean roots, expanding its operations in Guam. This role is essential in managing financial activities and ensuring seamless coordination across international offices. Fluency in Korean and English is required to communicate effectively within this multinational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash & Treasury Management:

– Manage daily cash positioning, monitor bank balances, and track financial transactions.

– Prepare and present accurate daily and periodic cash flow reports.

– Support liquidity planning and treasury operations.

Payment Oversight & Internal Controls:

– Oversee payment documentation and processing.

– Coordinate pre-approval workflows for significant expenditures in line with corporate policies.

– Help maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.

Cross-Border Financial Reporting:

– Assist in timely financial reporting between Guam, Korea, and other regional offices.

– Maintain organized financial logs and documentation in accordance with global standards.

Coordination & Communication:

– Act as a key liaison between the Guam office and Korea-based finance teams.

– Provide bilingual (Korean/English) administrative and operational support to the CFO.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or related fields. Candidates from diverse industries are welcome; experience in biopharma, healthcare, or regulated sectors is a plus.

Full professional fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).

Strong understanding of financial controls and comfort with cross-border coordination.

High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a multicultural professional environment.
