Direct Hire Physical Medicine and Rehab Physiatrist Role $300,000 per year in Tampa, Florida

Physiatrist/ PMR Opportunity - Florida

Join a collaborative, physician-led group providing post-acute physiatry care in skilled nursing and rehab facilities across Florida. This model emphasizes quality care, strong facility partnerships, and a community presence rather than revenue-driven metrics.

Highlights:

• Clinical Focus: Onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger points), medication management, patient-centered rehab, and opioid reduction strategies.

• Workflow: See 35-40 patients/day, 10-15 min appointments typically, across 2-4 sites per week (no more than 2 sites per day, 3-4 hours per site). Supported by scribes and EHR/voice dictation.

• Schedule: 3-5 days/week, flexible blocks; no nights, weekends, or call.

• Compensation: $300K base + productivity; physicians historically earn $400K-$500K+. Sign-on/relocation bonus available. Benefits include PTO, CME, health coverage, 401K, and company-provided tech.

Locations: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach
