Job Description

Mancan has partnered with a notable property management company in St.Albans who is in need of a janitor.

1 day a week every other week

$12/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of restrooms and common areas.

Restocking restroom supplies as necessary.

Emptying and cleaning waste containers and disposing of waste in designated areas.

Reporting any major maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisory staff.

Adhering to the universitys safety and health guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience.

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Must pass all pre-employment screening.

Driver's license is preferred.
