Job Description

Mancan Staffing is assisting a leading adhesive manufacturing company in Kent that is looking to hire a full-time Coater Operator for their 1st shift team!

Pay: BOE $19-22/hr

Tuesday-Friday 6am-4pm, overtime when needed. Eventually, they may be moving to 12 hour shifts.

They also offer a $1 attendance bonus for each week there are no call offs, coming in late or leaving early.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor coating equipment/machines

Ensure proper application of adhesive materials to substrates

Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

Previous machine or production experience preferred, printing experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
