Job Description

Mancan has teamed up with a Hudson rubber manufacturing company who is in need of Mixer Operator. Must be able to train on 1st shift for approx. 3 weeks.

Starting rate is $18 with no experience up to $21 with exp.

Must be able to train on 1st for a few weeks. (Mon-Fri 6:30a-4:30p) After training will move to 3rd Sunday- Thursday 10:30p-6:30a

Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation per company request.

Responsibilities and duties

* Follow formulation and work order instructions

* Obtains and understand all documentation for making batches and ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch

* Monitor raw material (pigments and additives) usage on each batch and are added correctly with the correct weight

* Follow lab instructions regarding batch approval, adjustments, and any additional requirements

* Clean equipment when needed

* Complete all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely fashion

* Observe safety requirements set forth by company

* Refers issues/problems to lead or supervisor person(s)

* Forklift Operation

* Perform other related duties as required
