Specific dates of coverage needed starting 12/24/25 - 5/24/26

Function as sole provider covering ED and Med/Surg

Temp privileges are an option

No supervision of APPs

1 provider and 2 RNs for support

Clinic provider daily volume: ER avg. 3.6 patients

Avg. daily hospital practice census: Med/Surg 1.4 patients

Active IA license, DEA, CSR required in hand
