CDL Bus Driver, Passenger Endorsement

Infina Health is seeking an experienced Commercial Bus Driver to join our team. As a vital member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial bus, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transit.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the commercial bus.

Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and any incidents.

Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or inquiries.

Collaborate with the transportation team to optimize routes and schedules.

Job Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with passenger endorsements

Driver record must be free of tickets and accidents for past 3 Years

If you are a school bus driver, you must have passenger endorsements on their CDL

Previous experience as a commercial bus driver, with a clean driving record

Familiarity with and adherence to all traffic and safety regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to provide a safe and comfortable environment for passengers

Must be able to pass a federal background check

License/Certification

CDL (Required)

Passenger Endorsement (Required)

Driver's License & Medical Card (Required)

Additional Safety training or Certifications will be a plus

Ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably Spanish

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range is set at $18-$23 depending on skill and experience
