19six is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to work in the northern California Acute-care and Healthcare markets, based out of our Roseville office.
Primary Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for project scope, schedule and budget
Work with the design studio to coordinate and manage projects throughout all project phases, pre-design through construction administration and close-out
Produce architectural redlines and oversee document revisions
Oversee quality control
Coordinate design consultants and oversee architectural team
Review deliverables prepared by project team
Provide oversight for the production and delivery of construction documents
Draft client proposals
Manage multiple projects and communicate with clients
Work collaboratively and clearly with staff, and facilitate team and client meetings effectively DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
Five (5) or more years' experience as a Project Manager on acute-care/healthcare architectural projects
Experience with OSHPD/HCAI permitting and CA required
Architectural license in CA and/or LEED certification not required but both are preferred
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
