Description
The Marketing Analytics Coordinator is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting digital performance metrics across Young Mothers Inc’s website, social media platforms, and email newsletters. This role focuses on turning data into clear reports and insights to support organizational decision-making.
The Marketing Analytics Coordinator works closely with internal teams to provide regular analytics updates for weekly meetings, monthly audits, All Hands meetings, and Board reporting.
Responsibilities
Website & Google Analytics
Maintain the monthly Google Analytics reporting document (due by the second Tuesday of each month)
Track and report overall website traffic month-over-month
Analyze website traffic by channel and top-performing pages
Monitor demographic shifts related to the target market and affinity categories
Prepare analytics reports for Board Meetings using previous month’s data
Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing analytics, insights, learnings, and next steps
Prepare analytics reports for All Hands Meetings using current month’s data
Social Media Analytics
Report on weekly social media metrics
Track top performance metrics across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Share analytics updates during Tuesday team meetings
Report monthly metrics for Social Media Audits
Present analytics during Tuesday meetings and Monthly All Hands meetings
Newsletter Analytics (Mailchimp)
Analyze newsletter performance one week after each email is sent
Report analytics during the 2nd and 4th Tuesday meetings of the month
Track key performance indicators including:
Emails Sent & Delivered
Delivery Rate
Total & Unique Opens
Open Rate
Total & Unique Clicks
Click-Through Rate
Unsubscribes & Unsubscribe Rate

Share learnings, wins, and recommendations to improve future newsletter engagement
Requirements
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media insights, and Mailchimp preferred
Comfortable creating reports and PowerPoint presentations
Ability to interpret data and summarize insights clearly
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet reporting deadlines
Able to commit a minimum of six hours per week working remotely
