Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Special Procedures Tech - Radiology

Job Details:

• Work in Special Procedures & Interventional Radiology unit with 3 rooms, 1 patient per room

• Day shift includes 1 Charge RN, Director, and 3 staff members per room for 12 total per shift

• Night shift operates with on-call team of 2 per call team, 4 total

• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios

• Work with all GE equipment and rooms

• Use Meditech and MacLab EMR systems

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT for Techs

• Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova systems

• Must have recent acute facility IR/Specials experience

• RCIS certification preferred for technologists

• Perform cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab procedures, and scrubbing

• On-call required for 1-2 weekday shifts and 1 weekend per 4-week period

• Must be team player, critical thinker with patient care focus in fast-paced environment

• Must be flexible and adaptable to unit needs with frequent on-call requirements

• Dress code: Navy blue, white, or combination of both colors only
