Entry Level Account Representative

Job Description

In-Person Entry-Level Role Full-Time Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm

Platinum Point Executives is an expanding marketing and business development firm currently hiring Entry-Level Account Representatives to support and grow client accounts. This in-person role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-facing environments who are ready to step into a more structured, business-focused position.

What This Role Involves:

Supporting assigned client accounts and maintaining professional relationships

Acting as a point of contact between clients and customers

Managing day-to-day account needs and assisting with growth initiatives

Tracking account activity and contributing to team goals

Collaborating with leadership and teammates in an in-person office setting

Learning business operations, communication strategies, and account development through hands-on training

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Coachable, motivated, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in person (this is not a remote position)

Entry-level applicants encouraged — no account management experience required

Degree not required

Available to work Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm
