Full Stack Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Our client, a growing startup using fintech to make cleaner, sustainable building upgrades more affordable is looking for a full-stack engineer to join the team and build products as well as features to help customers maximize success.

Role Details

Own the end-to-end feature development, from concept, through implementation and deployment.

Write and review code across the entire stack maintaining quality and execution speed.

Make key architectural contributions to shape the technology stack.

Assist with defining best practices and considering when to build or buy off the shelf.

Influence the product roadmap by working closely with leadership to understand customer pain points, and negotiate project requirements and priorities.

Gain exposure to all aspects of a startup business.

Requirements

5+ years of full stack development experience in Ruby on Rails

Familiar with modern web application development practices

Strong expertise in database design and management

Experience designing systems from scratch and scaling them

Experience and/or interest in AI, ML, and LLMs
