1st Assistant Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a 1st Assistant Engineer (AE) to work on an offshore drilling rig. You will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of all machinery and equipment on the rig.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the rig's power generation and distribution systems.

Assist in the maintenance and repair of all drilling equipment, including pumps, motors, and drilling tools.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.

Work closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed on schedule.

Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements

Previous Offshore Experience

USCG Medical

USCG MMC

TWIC Card or TWIC Renewal Receipt Preferred

Valid passport #LI-Onsite
