Maintenance Planning Engineer

Maintenance Engineer duties:
Work Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize uptime and reliability.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and resources for both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
Schedule contractors, ensure all required documentation is completed, and provide escorts when needed.
CMMS Management
Create, track, and close maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
Monitor technician labor hours and preventive maintenance compliance.
Generate performance, reliability, and compliance reports.
Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Project & Continuous Improvement Support
Support the Maintenance Manager and Engineering teams with project planning and documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
Assist with machine repairs, modifications, and builds alongside engineering and maintenance teams.
Manage MRO purchasing and maintain accurate spare parts inventory records.
Hydraulics, Electrical systems, Controls, High-pressure steam/boilers, Pneumatics
Welding and mechanical troubleshooting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Previous experience in maintenance planning required.
Experience with various CMMS platforms.
Full-time
