The Senior Technical Manager provides technical and architectural leadership for the web and service integration aspects of ATRRS modernization. This role ensures seamless interaction between the modernized Java/Spring Boot services and the existing .NET-based web interface, while maintaining performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design for Java .NET service integration
Define, document, and enforce API contracts and interface standards
Resolve complex cross-stack integration and performance issues
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to web developers
Review designs and code for alignment with ATRRS architecture standards
Coordinate technical decisions with systems engineering and data teams
Support integration testing and defect resolution efforts
Clearance: Secret
Location: Remote
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Years of Experience:
10+ years in software engineering or web application development
5+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role
