Schedule Notes:

Stepdown Float: floating to CVSU, Cardiopulmonary, Heart and Vascular Step Down, Comp Med Step down, and Cardiology Tele Step down 13 week contract -Nights (7p-7a) and every other weekend Required: 2+ years stepdown experience, experience with cardiac drips (amiodarone, Lasix, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, milrinone, etc.) must know how to interpret heart rhythms Preferred: experience with VAD, care of post open heart, cath, vascular surgery, and cardiac patients

Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -The RN demonstrates the knowledge, abilities, and skills to provide age and culturally specific patient care and education. -The RN effectively communicates with peers, utilizes appropriate channels of communication and maintains absolute confidentiality. -The RN maintains competence and demonstrates evidence of continuing professional growth. -The RN demonstrates the ability to accept and implement change and the ability to work in a culturally diverse setting.
