Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager

Location: Brighton, MI

Salary: $110k+

Schedule: Full-time Hybrid (2–3 days in office per week)

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager to oversee environmental site assessments, remediation activities, and redevelopment efforts. This role ensures compliance with regulations, client expectations, and sustainability goals while managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects, including site assessment, remediation, design, and construction

Advise clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations

Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor schedules

Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives

Identify additional scope and revenue opportunities

Mentor staff and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field

5 years of project management experience, 10 years in Brownfield redevelopment/remediation

Expertise in Phase I/II assessments, remediation technologies, and compliance frameworks

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
