Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an Electronics Technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical assemblies and components for a manufacturing company. This hands-on role requires precision, independent work, and collaboration with a small technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and terminate cable and wire harness configurations for electronic test equipment

Build, install, and integrate electronic components and subassemblies

Interpret part numbers, procedure books, and documentation accurately

Perform crimping, stripping, connector assembly, and light mechanical integration

Conduct electrical testing, verification, and basic calibration

Support troubleshooting to ensure assemblies meet quality standards

Maintain a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years’ experience in electronics assembly or technician roles

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
