CNC Operator – $22–$29/hr

Schedule: Full-time 2nd shift

We’re seeking a CNC Operator to run Haas CNC Milling Machines for long-run production. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn and grow in a stable environment.What You’ll Do

Operate Haas CNC Milling Machines for production runs

Load material into vises and run machines

Deburr parts using grinders, sanders, and metal filers

Perform secondary operations (e.g., countersinks)

Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers

Stand and lift up to 60 lbs regularlyWhat We’re Looking For

6+ months manufacturing experience (metal shop preferred)

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 60 lbs

CNC experience is a plus!Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamel, MN.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
