Description:

Join us in this role where you’ll manage daily planning, logistics, and HSE standards while acting as the key interface for stakeholders and contractors. Responsible for high-quality data capture and compliance, you will drive continuous improvement and technical excellence, directly impacting the performance and effectiveness of our operations.

Welcome to Welcome to APAC Operations

You’ll be part of Hub Management where you, together with your colleagues, will strive to execute our operations and maintenance in a safe, cost effective and collaborative manner. As a team, we have a culture built on trust, openness, diversity in thought, work-life balance, and teamwork. We always strive to provide opportunities for in-role and future development.

You’ll play an important role in:

leading the safe, seamless delivery of offshore maintenance and inspections, managing daily logistics, vessels, and personnel to meet defined targets and timelines

ensuring all activities comply with strict safety standards and proactively implementing measures to mitigate risks for both internal teams and external contractors

driving end-to-end preparation, from pre-site mobilisation checklists to developing risk assessments and method statements in collaboration with key stakeholders

guaranteeing that all inspection data, service reports, and maintenance records are accurate, impartial, and meet rigorous engineering and certification standards

facilitating the "lessons learned" process during non-campaign seasons to implement improvement initiatives and refine execution techniques for future projects

acting as the primary site interface for internal departments and contractors, ensuring professional demobilisation and high satisfaction for the Operations team.

To succeed in the role, you:

have experience in wind or large-scale infrastructure, demonstrating the technical and commercial maturity needed to navigate complex offshore projects

carry out inspections and tasks independently, ensuring all findings are impartial and reported with high professional ethics and transparency

hold or are ready to obtain valid GWO certificates, ensuring every action reflects our core value of safety while working in challenging offshore environments

ideally bring NDT qualifications (NACE, PCN, or CSWIP) and an Inspector’s Certificate, showcasing a drive for excellence in welding, corrosion, or structural integrity

combine strong IT and communication skills to share insights effectively, supporting the team’s success through clear reporting and collaborative problem-solving

apply a solid understanding of financial, legal, and technical requirements to ensure execution remains aligned with broader business and contractual objectives.
