Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for a SmartThings Presales Manager in Kyiv, Ukraine to handle Smart Things PRO opportunities and VD solutions.

Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc)

Technical consultation and solution creation

Project planning and coordination between the departments and external partners to ensure project execution

Visual Displays presales in Moldova

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

B2+ level of English

Years of experience: 3+ (KAM, PM, Sales Manager, B2B)

Areas: Smart Signage solutions, Consumer Electronics

A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting

The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution

Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effected

The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
