Job Description

We are hiring Machine Operators in Gainesville for all shifts. Training will be conducted on 1st shift for 4–5 weeks.

Job duties:

Operate production machines safely and efficiently

Load materials and monitor machine performance

Perform basic machine adjustments and inspections

Follow all safety and quality standards

Report equipment issues to maintenance

Complete basic production documentation

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to safety and quality standards

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
