Customer Service Representative
Location: Columbus, OH (On-site/Hybrid)
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Contract: 6–12 Months Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire
About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role offers a great opportunity to build professional experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with account questions, billing, and service requests
Provide accurate information while maintaining a friendly, professional tone
Research and resolve issues in a timely manner using internal systems
Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and responsiveness
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
1+ year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
