What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Like a Pro – Manage daily operations to keep the salon running smoothly and stylishly.

Inspire Your Team – Hire, train, and coach a high-performing crew that hits goals and builds a loyal client base.

Crush Sales Goals – Drive revenue through memberships, retail, and services by using your proven sales techniques and leadership know-how.

Build a Brand Vibe – Create a clean, inviting, and energetic space customers love coming back to.

Own the Numbers – Track sales metrics, manage budgets, handle cash, and stay on top of admin responsibilities.

Be the Face of Palm Beach Tan – Promote in-store and in the community to grow awareness and boost traffic.

What You'll Get:

$50,000–$55,000/year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
