We’re looking for a sharp, people-savvy Client Engagement BDR professional who knows how to turn conversations into committed clients. This role is all about connection, education, and influence. Once our Intake team schedules a potential client to meet with you in person, you’ll listen to their concerns, educate them on their options, and guide them toward the package that fits their situation. After you sign them with the firm, you’ll hand the client off to one of our attorneys for representation. You’ll also be the firm’s presence out in the community, building relationships and increasing visibility through networking and presentations.

What You’ll Do

Own the client engagement process: meet with scheduled prospects, understand their situation, and position our attorneys as the solution.

Educate potential clients on their best legal package options in a clear, trustworthy way.

Convert qualified prospects into signed clients.

Build rapport with individuals navigating emotional, sensitive family matters.

Represent the firm at networking events, coffee meetups, chamber gatherings, and community functions.

Deliver polished firm presentations and speak confidently to groups.

Strengthen referral relationships and grow the firm’s community presence.

Maintain organized follow-up and communication so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Familiarity with estate planning, probate, or personal injury.
