Role Purpose:

Be the cornerstone of a seamless candidate experience! As an HR Interview & Onboarding Process Coordinator, you’ll ensure every candidate moves smoothly through interviews and onboarding. From technical screenings to scheduling and preparation, you’ll manage the critical steps that turn great talent into successful hires.

What You’ll Do:

Validate Technical Expertise: Conduct initial technical screening calls to confirm skill sets and experience.

Assess with Precision: Administer and monitor technical tests (coding, aptitude, and domain-specific assessments).

Prepare Candidates for Success: Guide candidates through next-stage interviews by explaining processes and expectations.

Coordinate Seamlessly: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels; manage calendars and confirmations.

Keep Records Accurate: Maintain detailed candidate performance and feedback in the ATS.

Ensure Smooth Communication: Act as the bridge between candidates and internal teams throughout the process.

Drive Onboarding Excellence: Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires start strong, inlcuding onboarding with relevant government-mandated contribution programs (e.g., MPF in Hong Kong)

Protect Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold data security and confidentiality in all evaluations.

What You Bring:

Familiarity with technical roles and the ability to assess basic technical competencies.

Experience with assessment tools and HR systems.

Strong organizational and administrative skills for scheduling and documentation.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR operations or technical recruitment support.
