Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. Join our dynamic team as a Level 2 Azure Cloud Engineer, where you will be the go-to technical resource driving the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise-scale networks and cloud environments. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, lead system upgrades, perform proactive health checks, and collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly

Job Responsibilities

Monitor Azure services, workloads, alerts, and system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other monitoring tools.

Respond to and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents, outages, and service degradation in accordance with SLAs.

Perform routine health checks and ensure the operational stability of Azure environments.

Manage and maintain Azure resources such as VMs, storage accounts, networks, load balancers, backups, and databases.

Support provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud resources using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform (if applicable).

Manage user access, permissions, and security policies via Azure Active Directory.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure, networking, performance, and connectivity.

Work with Microsoft support when required and maintain proper incident documentation.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Azure Automation.

Optimize cloud costs by reviewing resource utilization and recommending improvements. Required Skills & Experience

Experience working as an Azure Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure services.

IT infrastructure or cloud operations support experience.

Experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments. Preferred Skills & Experience:

AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate

AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
