Strong Encompass Admin experience, Strong understanding of Mortgage Domain and terminology, Configuration Settings, Workflow Settings, SQL Knowledge, Data Analysis, GAP Analysis, Requirement elicitation and documentation, Requirement Management Tools, MS Visio and Process flow, Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills• Corresponding Lending and Encompass Admin experience is must.• Configure Encompass settings, including user roles, access control, and security settings.• Strong understanding of Mortgage Domain and terminology.• Design, maintain, and improve loan origination workflows within Encompass, including input forms, business rules, and milestones.• Work with business users to understand the vision and objectives• Work with multiple stakeholders to get consensus on priority requirements• Manage integrations with third-party services and systems, ensuring data flow and compliance.• Provide technical support to users, address help desk tickets, and train employees on Encompass functionality. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reporting requirements, including creating and maintaining custom reports. • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, workflows, and user experience. • Risk analysis and Product function development as applicable.
