Job Description*:

Minimum of 11 years relevant experience

• Technology Strategy & Design: Develop and own the overall technology strategy for the Copilot and AI agent platform, leveraging strong expertise in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI agent technologies. Drive architecture governance and technical direction for these platforms.

• Solution Design Patterns: Create, maintain, and promote standard design patterns for M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to ensure fast, simplified, and consistent delivery. Assess business and technical requirements against established patterns, highlighting risks and issues, particularly around data and integration.

• Technical Documentation & Assurance: Own the solution design documentation for Copilot and AI agent platforms, providing ongoing technical assurance throughout project delivery to ensure quality and alignment with standards.

• Integration & Feature Enablement: Evaluate, assess, and enable the integration of new features and capabilities on the Copilot (including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio) and broader AI agent platform, partnering with relevant technology and business stakeholders, applying deep technical knowledge of these platforms.

• Governance & Responsible AI: Support and enforce governance activities related to Copilot and AI agent technologies, ensuring compliance, ethical standards, and responsible AI usage with a strong understanding of platform-specific governance features.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the relevant stakeholders to define, evolve, and implement governance models for AI agent solutions and platforms, incorporating insights and best practices specific to M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

• Knowledge Transfer & Team Enablement: Support the development and upskilling of team members through knowledge transfer activities, embedding AI skills and fostering a culture of technology-driven innovation with a focus on Copilot and AI agent ecosystem opportunities.
