Your Role

The Applications Developer will develop and maintain integration solutions supporting the end-to-end process for Oracle HCM Cloud Applications supporting various modules including Payroll, Compensation, Core HR, Benefits, Absence and Talent Management.

Your Impact

Implement & support Oracle HCM Cloud Applications covering configuration, integrations, customizations, extracts, and reports

Designs and develop technical objects in lower environments following a disciplined change control process with thorough documentation

Design and implement end to end integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services

Develop and modify HDL templates with strong understanding of Oracle HCM Application base tables and API's

Develop fast formulas across Oracle HCM modules, ad-hoc reports with BI Publisher and OTBI, catering to business needs

Coordinate and review technical change details with other team members

Works closely with other technical support teams, including middleware teams, to research and resolve issues

Creates and maintain technical documentation to support technical solutions of cloud applications including integrated dependent technologies

Troubleshoot integrations issues for the integration flows to and from cloud HR applications

Your Experience

4-year degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of HR Technology experience

Minimum of 2 years of Oracle HCM Cloud

Knowledge and experience with SaaS development and integration tools

Strong organization and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Hands on technical development experience in large HR cloud technologies
