TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Management Analyst to provide financial analysis support to a U.S. Navy program office.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed policy analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of existing organizational policies and procedures.
Analyze data related to business operations, personnel management, and government contracts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with community, student, and social program teams to integrate insights and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Support the design and implementation of new business strategies and operational processes to enhance organizational performance. Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years professional experience supporting US Navy Sustainment or Acquisition Management
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Benefits
