Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Brake Press Operator to join our client, a respected metal fabrication company located in Three Rivers, MI. The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining brake press machinery to form, bend, and fabricate metal components according to specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a metal fabrication environment and be comfortable working with heavy materials. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering steady hours, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established manufacturing company in Three Rivers, MI.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourJob Responsibilities:

Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal materials according to specifications.

Interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings accurately.

Inspect finished parts to ensure precision and quality standards are met.

Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.Qualifications:

Prior experience operating a brake press or working in metal fabrication is required.

Ability to lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
