Must-Have Skills

7+ years’ mainframe development with Assembler

5+ years’ mainframe development with Cobol

3+ years’ development in IMS, CICS, DB2, BTS and JCL

Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Nice-to-Have Skills

Good communication skills to work with Architects, Developers, BAs, Product Owner

Financial Industry Communication

Previous Bank experience is a plus

Degrees or Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
